This full time role will report to the HR manager to provide support and advice to the company for a workforce of approx. 86 staff at 6 UK locations. A small amount of UK travel may be required. Main duties: Coordination and compilation of monthly payroll and expenses. Policy advice and interpretation Employee relations issues e.g., A&D, sickness, absence, Case Management e.g. Disciplinary, Harassment, Grievance, sickness Participate in reviews, development & implementation of HR guidelines & procedures.
