They require a support operator to work with the Technical Services Team who are responsible for the operation of production systems and providing end user support. The position consists of providing 1st and 2nd line support to all users. In addition the role involves performing the IT operation duties required to support the production systems. The position will require that all operational procedures are completed according to the provided schedules. The role will require shift, weekend work and 24x7 on call via a rota.
