The key purpose of this role is to provide a professional service to ensure all on-site facilities are in excellent working order. Ensuring all objectives are met at all times. Maximising income and achievement of financial targets by marketing of site and confirmed lets, management of budgets and expenditure. Responsibility for the day to day management of the site and ensuring staff are developed, supported and working to health and safety guidelines. Salary is between 35,000 - 40,000 per annum.
