This is a permanent role with a salary of 35,000 per annum. Key Tasks: Acquisition site Inspection and reporting Take responsibility for identifying new main contractors (and potentially sub contractors), to be considered for undertaking extensive refurbishment or new build works to approved budget and programme Work up a design brief and ultimately produce a specification for undertaking the required refurbishments or new builds Identifying and appointing design team Consultants and all other
