The team deals with pre-litigated and litigated matters on behalf of defendant insurers. Offering a full service, the department provides advice on claims of all sizes, negotiates settlements, drafts skeleton arguments and drafts points of replies and disputes. They are looking for someone with experience preferably in a litigious paralegal role to deal with bills and schedules of costs as well as negotiate and formulate settlements.
