This position is located in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) , Chief Human Capital Office (CHCO). You will be responsible for the design and development of performance based learning systems throughout the CFPB, ensuring that the on-the-job training and development program incorporates best practices in learning and development.
