Provides supervision and direction to all assigned personnel and manages procurement and acquisition programs for the National Guard (NG). P osition Description (PD) Number: D1090000 Open Areas of Consideration: I & II DEFINITION OF AREA(S) OF CONSIDERATION : AREA I - All currently active members of the Delaware Army National Guard.
