Office Administrator

<p>Easi UpLifts are one of the leading Access Platform rental companies with depots in 5 locations across the UK, 4 in Ireland and a further 4 in Central Europe.</p> <p> </p> <p>We currently have a requirement for an experienced Office Administrator for our Essex depot for a 4 month contract.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li align="left"> Answer all incoming calls and deal with them as necessary </li> <li align="left"> Put together hire contracts </li> <li align="left"> Off hire as necessary </li> <li align="left"> Deal with purchase requisitions </li> </ul> <p align="left" dir="ltr"><strong> The Person: </strong></p> <ul dir="ltr"> <li align="left"> Ideally have experience of working in the machine rental industry </li> <li align="left"> Highly organised </li> <li align="left"> Excellent communication skills </li> <li align="left"> Excellent PC skills </li> <li align="left"> Customer focused </li> </ul> <p align="left" dir="ltr"> Working Hours: Monday to Friday
