This is a new position that will require a mixture of 2nd/3rd line support to clients across the Midlands, but also an element of consultancy, making recommendations to clients on technical advancements and improvements to their infrastructures. To be considered you will need at least 2-3 years experience providing 2nd Line Support, and ideally be experienced working in a consultative capacity with clients. You will need strong experience within Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware and ideally have supported mobile devices. Any Microsoft certifications would be a distinct advantage.
