Job Summary:
This is an appointment under the DOL Recent Graduates program, not to exceed one year in duration. Upon successful completion of the program, the appointee may become eligible for non-competitive conversion, at the agency's discretion, to a term or permanent position in the competitive service. Women's Bureau (WB), located in the Office of the Secretary, is responsible for the coordination, development, and implementation of DOL policies and programs to improve the status of wage-earning women. This position is located in the DOL, WB, Office of the Regional Administrator, in San Francisco, CA. The incumbent is a program analyst, responsible for advising the Regional Administrator in the coordination and development of projects, and administers programs in support of projects that meet the goals of the WB. This position is at the full performance level. This position is inside the bargaining unit.
