CONVEYANCER - ESSEX / GREATER LONDON Our client is an established and growing high street firm offering a variety of services to individual clients locally and further afield. With 4 lawyers plus support staff they are able to offer a friendly, professional and personal service to all their clients. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join our clients` growing team on the borders of Greater London and Essex. The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of predominantly new build matters within our clients` Property team from initial instruction to post completion. You must be a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with at least 2 years` Residential Conveyancing experience. You must have a good working knowledge of the particular aspects of New Build Purchases. You will have excellent client care and drafting skills with a detail-orientated approach. You must have excellent communication skills,
