Job Summary:
As an undergraduate student in the Pathways Employment Program (IEP), the Intern performs human resources work with guidance and oversight from experienced personnel within the Office of Human Capital Management. Looking for an undergraduate student who is working on a degree in Human Resources/Training and Development. The position will assist with implementation and management of a wide range of training and development initiatives that address current and future needs which enable mission success. This includes identifying appropriate vendor training/developing training curriculum, career management, mentoring/coaching, needs assessment, and leadership development. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ACADEMIC STATUS (SOPHOMORE, JUNIOR, OR SENIOR), SEMESTER/QUARTER HOURS COMPLETED, AND YOUR CUMULATIVE GPA.
