Job Summary:
This position is located in the Quality Assurance Data Analysis Unit, Quality Assurance Processing Section, Statistical Methods and Quality Assurance Branch (SMQAB), National Processing Center (NPC). This position performs statistical assistant duties related to automated processes/imaging operations for quality assurance activities. Applicants applying for multiple external NPC vacancy announcements at the same grade level may not be referred to multiple Selecting Officials simultaneously. If you are currently serving on a temporary appointment at the same grade level at NPC, you may not be considered for this temporary position. Tour of Duty: Monday through Friday. Hours between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.; or 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Alternate Work Schedule available. Alternate Work Schedule is an 80-hour biweekly basic work requirement that is scheduled in less than 10 days; i.e., eight 9-hour days/nights, one 8-hour day/night, and one day off.
