This will include providing advice across all corporate and commercial activities, advising on all aspects of legal risk mitigation, drafting and supporting negotiations as well as managing external support. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are invited from qualified lawyers with experience in commercial/corporate work with at least 4 years’ PQE some of which will have been gained in-house.
