To manage electronic components in use and those being introduced in new designs a Component Engineer is required. For this Component Engineer role you may have: + Understanding of technical aspects of component engineering + To be familiar with electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical components + Confident IT skills + Basic knowledge of analogue design and relevant critical component parameters As a Component Engineer you will be responsible for: + Minimising the number of components currently in use + Merge the component selection process on UK site with US site + Manage and minimise component obsolescence + Work with Quality on understanding component f
