A leading West London local authority have an exciting opportunity for 3 Customer Service Representatives to join their housing contact centre.<br/><br/>Candidates must have both call centre/contact centre experience and must have worked within a HOUSING REPAIRS environment. This experience is essential to the role as the successful candidate must be ready to hit the ground running.<br/><br/>This is a temporary assignment running until the end of June 2013. Pay to a candidate will be £10.50 per hr PAYE or £12.81 per hr LTD.<br/><br/>Duties of the role will include:<br/><br/>- Prioritising repair requests from residents in the local authority.<br/>- Managing contractors<br/>- Responding to correspondence by email, phone and in writing<br/>- Maintaining a high quality level of customer service<br/>- Working to a series of KPIs<br/>- Logging details on to the in-house database<br/><br/>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<br/><br/><br/>---------------------------------<br/>Pert
