Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Leasing Specialist, you will be acquiring leasehold interests in Real Property for a wide range of Federal Agencies throughout New England. You will also serve as Project Manager for lease acquisitions from the early stages of requirements development through construction and occupancy. Candidate will also be responsible for the accuracy of the data utilized for space management, billing and rental payments. This position is located in the Public Buildings Service, Office of Leasing in Boston, MA. This office is responsible for all Lease Acquisitions, accuracy and integrity of the data used for billing and revenue collection, writing, executing and interpreting lease contracts, tax payments and responding to claims related to lease acquisitions.
