You will ideally be a Partner or a Senior Associate with Partnership qualities. You will have a commercial approach and will need to demonstrate a track record of developing new business. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be a dynamic motivated Solicitor with a passion to develop a Private Client practice. You will have experience of handling trustee, attorney and deputy, Court of Protection work, both contentious and non contentious, contested probate and chancery/trust litigation.
