Job Summary:
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) agency. DLA provides worldwide logistics support for the missions of the Military Departments and the Unified Combatant Commands under conditions of peace and war. It also provides logistics support to other DoD Components and certain Federal agencies, foreign governments, international organizations, and others as authorized. As a General Supply Specialist GS-2001-07 the selected applicant(s) will serve as entry level interns in the DLA Pathways to Career Excellence (PaCE) Program performing a series of progressively more responsible assignments along with formal on-the-job training (OJT). Vacancies are located in Columbus, OH (DLA Land and Maritime) and Philadelphia, PA (DLA Troop Support). Appointment will be made in the Pathways Recent Graduates Program excepted service.
