In addition strong process re-design skills, candidates should be able to facilitate process improvement workshops, conduct process mapping and carry out high-level solution design whilst acting as a champion for change. Essential to the role are strong skills in the above / experience in business process re-design, coupled with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders, including senior management / systems owners / system managers etc to ensure good communication.
