Change our customers' lives - for the better<br>What's it all about?<br><br>As an ambitious business analyst, you'll be able to play a key role within our Newcastle-based Architecture Security and Design department. This department is part of Sage's Technology Group, the company's technical backbone, and responsible for the development and management of both the key internal systems that run our entire UK and Ireland business operations and our customer-facing solutions.<br>Working with both technical and non-technical departments within the business, you will be responsible for detecting, understanding and interpreting problems and issues that arise in our customer-facing products, our key internal business systems, and associated business processes. You will then be able to work through the changes needed to provide effective, and improved, solutions that, ultimately, directly benefit Sage's customers.
