A team of specialist lawyers serve clients throughout the Midlands and beyond. THE ROLE Due to expansion our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic Corporate/Company Commercial Solicitor. The position will be to handle a busy caseload of corporate and commercial work for a strong client base in the local area. Our client is seeking a confident Solicitor with at least 18 months PQE. You will be able to handle a wide range of commercial and corporate work including drafting shareholder agreements, restructurings, joint ventures and general commercial contracts.
