Support Workers - physical / mental disability

In the evenings you will also be supporting them to take part in a range of activities within the community. You will ideally have experience of care or support work, or even better, a Level 2 qualification. You may simply have experience of providing support to others you know, along with excellent communication skills, and a caring and understanding personality. You will receive a full induction, and excellent ongoing training, including the opportunity to work towards qualifications. You will be entitled to great food from the canteen at cost price, and access to the onsite gym and heated indoor swimming pool. You can also join the golf club at a reduced rate. Starting salary is £15,564, increasing to £16,627, as
