With particular expertise handling sales, purchases for freehold and leasehold properties along with some landlord & tenant work. In addition, the role may require the candidate to undertake a variety of other legal work including commercial property on behalf of OMB's and SME's clients and some private client work (including wills and probate). THE CANDIDATE: Able to boast strong commercial acumen, an interest in business development and a proven track record handling a busy workload, the successful candidate will be driven and able to offer an entreprenurial approach.
