Will have oversight of the Centennial Club and Golden Tee kitchens. Will also have consulation to the Bowling Center and Rod & Gun kitchens. Will supervise multiple facilities Train kitchen staff on food preparation, plating and presentation Create menu items based on appropriate needs Ensure all kitchens are cleaned propperly Performs other duties as assigned
