Customer Service Advisor

Working on a National Help Desk you will respond to customer queries and issues. You will log calls and email requests and process the necessary actions keeping the customer informed of progress at all times. Responsibilities – • Maintain a strong working relationship with the end customer ensuring professionalism is maintained. We expect first class customer service is delivered at all times • Liaise and support front line service staff and external subcontractors / suppliers • Log and close out open jobs and request as part of your day to day help desk responsibilities • Proactively deal with jobs, queries and customer request by adhering to the SLA’s agreed and company policies and procedures • All administrative duties associated with your teams activ
