Part time Customer Service Advisor

This opportunity is 20 hours per weeks and will include week day evenings and weekends. We shall need flexibility in terms of start times, finish times and work days (shift rota system). Working on a National Help Desk you will respond to customer queries and issues. You will log calls and email requests and process the necessary actions keeping the customer informed of progress at all times. You will liaise and schedule Engineers to carry out necessary maintenance and repair work.
