PATHWAYS PROGRAM: This position provides students enrolled in a variety of educational institutions with paid opportunities to work and explore Federal careers while still in school. The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 office has two vacancies for a Graduate Healthcare Administration Training Program (GHATP) Fellow , recruited at the GS-9 level. The GHATP program supplements the didactic component of health services administration graduate programs, with opportunities for applying knowledge gained through coursework. This announcement is open to: Graduates who have recently completed the requirements to receive or recently received their Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Health Services Administration (MHSA), Public Health (MPH) or other Health Care Management /Administration Degree from an accredited program seeking advanced practical experience for up to 12 months. Relocation/recruitment incentives may be authorized. Relocation expenses are NOT authorized. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. START DATE: Negotiable. Fellows must come on-board between May 2013 and no later than January 2014. The training period is designed to last up to 12 months.
