Job Summary:
This position is located in the Washington DC Metro Area. This is a Recent Graduate position in the Pathways Program within the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), responsible for performing research and analyses related to the marketing of tobacco products. Individual will perform well-defined tasks in various aspects of Social Scientist, GS-0101. The program duration is one year. Upon successful completion of the program and at the agency's discretion, the appointee may be converted to a term or permanent position in the competitive service. Who May Apply: Recent graduates who have completed, within the previous two years, a qualifying associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution; Veterans unable to apply within two years of receiving their degree, due to military service obligation, have as much as six years after degree completion to apply.
