Ensuring customer requirements are adhered too.</p> <p>- Developing the Applications Engineering Team through Leading, Motivating and Coaching.</p> <p>- Maintaining and ensuring compliance with all systems and company policies.</p> <p>- Assisting in the recruitment of staff.</p> <p>- Establishing and maintaining a technical knowledge centre for
