Job Summary:



The FLRA is recognized for its leadership in promoting stable, constructive labor-management relations that contribute to a more effective and efficient government. The FLRA captured the #7 small agency ranking in the 2011 Best Places to Work in the Federal Government, and moved to the #2 ranking in Most Improved Small Agency for 2011. The FLRA administers the labor-management relations program for 2.1 non-Postal Federal employees worldwide, approximately 1.2 million of whom are represented in 2,200 bargaining units. The FLRA's mission is to provide leadership in establishing policies and guidance related to Federal-sector labor-management relations and to resolve disputes under, and ensure compliance with, the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute. The Executive Director of the FLRA is responsible for executive leadership and management of the agency's administrative divisions.
