We are looking for a Manager for our new Pavers concession, opening soon in Tonbridge . This role would suit an ambitious manager looking to join an expanding retailer, starting on a salary of up to 20,000 plus Bonus and Benefits. Pavers is a highly successful, rapidly growing family owned shoe retailer focused primarily on quality branded comfort footwear, with Staccato offering stylish footwear, with a wide range of up-to-the-minute International catwalk styles at great value prices. Our expanding retail organisation currently has over 900 employees in 95 stores nationwide and with ambitious growth plans this will exceed 120 stores by 2014 As Retail Manager you will drive excellent standards of customer service throughout the store and assist in the day to day running. You will proactively coach and develop an enthusiastic team in meeting Company performance targets and delivering great results.
